1 产品简介Product Introduction

1.1 钴基非晶磁珠是一种独特的新型抗干扰磁性元件，将其串入电源输入端能在噪音形成之前起到尖峰抑制和消除噪音的作用，从电路的源头消除了噪音，属主动型噪音抑制器。

Cobalt-based amorphous beads are a unique  new type of anti-interference magnetic component. When connected in series at the power input terminal, they suppress spikes and eliminate noise before it forms, addressing interference at the source of the circuit. This makes them an active noise suppression device.

1.2 本公司研发的塑封钴基非晶磁珠已获国家专利保护。 

The plastic-encapsulated cobalt-based amorphous  beads developed by our company have obtained national patent protection. 

2 特点Features

●高矩形比High rectangular ratio:Rs=Br/Bm≥98%；

●高导磁率High permeability: μ ≥10000；

●低矫顽力Low coercivity: Hc ≤ 1 A/m；

●高饱和磁感应强度High Bs ≈0.6t；

●居里温度Tc ≥220℃

●恒电感（L）特性和高阻（Z）抗特性

3 工作原理 Working Principle

在高矩形磁滞回线、高磁导率和低矫顽力的作用下，有效的对电子电路中电流或电压的快速变化而产生的杂波进行过滤，起到尖峰抑制和减少电路输出噪音的作用。

Leveraging its high rectangular hysteresis loop, high permeability, and low coercivity, it effectively filters out noise generated by rapid changes in current or voltage within electronic circuits. It serves to suppress spikes and reduce output noise in circuits.

4 用途Applications

适用于9KHz～3MHz频率下各类开关电源的输出滤波，如正向、逆向变换器、推挽式及斩波式转换器等电路。

Suitable for output filtering in various switching power supplies within the 9 kHz to 3 MHz frequency range, such as forward and flyback converters, push-pull converters, and chopper-type converter circuits.
